In our latest Tomb loot guide, we’re looking at item level loot, which bosses drop Tier 20 tokens and some interesting on-use trinkets.

Archive of Faith – Use: Channel a cleansing matrix into an ally, healing them for 1,618,326 over 3 sec. Fully completing the channel also grants the ally a shield that prevents 590,030 damage for 10 sec.

Barbaric Mindslaver – Equip: Your healing effects have a chance to do an additional 137,772 healing. This occurs more often while you are at low mana. (Approximately 6 procs per minute)

Chalice of Moonlight – Equip: Your healing spells have a chance to increase your Critical Strike or Haste by 3,486 for 12 sec. This effect grants Critical Strike during the day, or Haste during the night. (Approximately 1.5 procs per minute)

Charm of the Rising Tide – Use: While you remain stationary, gain 554 Haste every 1 sec stacking up to 10 times. Lasts 20 sec.

Sea Star of the Depthmother – Equip: Your multi-target healing spell has a chance to grant you Ocean’s Embrace, healing your nearest injured ally within 15 yds for 15,926 every 0.25 sec for 8 sec. (Approximately 1.2 procs per minute)

Spectral Thurible – Equip: Your ranged attacks and spells have a chance to conjure a Spear of Anguish. After 3 sec the spear launches towards its target, dealing 268,220 Shadow damage to all enemies it passes through. (Approximately 2 procs per minute)

Terror From Below – Equip: Your ranged attacks and spells have a chance to summon a behemoth from the deep to swallow your target whole, dealing 670,553 Nature damage split amongst you and all nearby enemies. (Approximately 1.2 procs per minute)

The Deceiver’s Grand Design – Use: Mark a friendly player with Guiding Hand, healing them for 88,622 every 3.0 sec for 2 min. If they fall below 35% health, Guiding Hand is consumed to grant them a shield that prevents 1,550,906 damage for 15 sec. (2 min recharge, 2 charges)

Tome of Unraveling Sanity – Use: Deal 236,466 Shadow damage over 12 sec. When this effect ends or the target dies, you gain 2,556 Critical Strike for 12 sec plus any time remaining on the effect.

Melee DPS

Cradle of Anguish – Equip: While you are above 80% health you gain 210 Strength or Agility per second, based on your specialization, stacking up to 10 times. If you fall below 50% health, this effect is lost.

Engine of Eradication – Equip: Your auto attacks have a chance to increase your Strength or Agility, based on your specialization, by 6,239 for 12 sec, and expel orbs of fel energy. Collecting an orb increases the duration of this effect by 3 sec. (Approximately 1 procs per minute)

Infernal Cinders – Equip: Your melee attacks have a chance to deal an additional 75,536 Fire damage. The critical strike chance of this damage is increased by 10% for each ally within 10 yds who bears this item. (Approximately 10 procs per minute)

Specter of Betrayal – Use: Create a Dread Reflection at your location for 60 sec and cause each of your Dread Reflections to unleash a torrent of magic that deals 370,120 Shadow damage over 3 sec, split evenly among nearby enemies.

Umbral Moonglaives – Use: Conjure a storm of glaives at your location, causing 114,082 Arcane damage every 1 sec to nearby enemies. After 8 sec the glaives shatter, causing another 285,206 Arcane damage to enemies in the area.

Vial of Ceaseless Toxins – Use: Inflict 205,624 Shadow damage to an enemy in melee range, plus 334,130 damage over 20 sec. If they die while this effect is active, the cooldown of this ability is reduced by 45 sec.

Ranged DPS

Recompiled Guardian Module – Equip: Taking damage has a chance to heal you for 203,850 over 6 sec. When this effect expires, you and up to 4 allies within 15 yds gain a shield that prevents 65,228 damage for 15 sec. (Approximately 3 procs per minute)

Reliquary of the Damned – Use: Surround yourself with wailing souls to prevent 50% of damage taken for 10 sec, up to 2,156,428 total damage. The cooldown of this ability is reduced by up to 30 sec, based on the amount of damage absorbed.

Shifting Cosmic Sliver – Equip: Taking damage has a chance to grant you Cunning of the Deceiver, stacking up to 10 times. (Approximately 4 procs per minute)

Use: Expend your Cunning to reduce the cooldown of a strong defensive ability by 10 sec per stack. If a strong defensive ability is currently active, this instead extends its duration by 1 sec per stack.
